Yep. A month now that I've been stuck at this place. And every day is a reminder of why I never wanted to come to college in the first place. Transfer sounds awesome right now, if only so I can have my own apartment (with my own bathroom and kitchen) and my own car so I can go places, even if I don't have people to go with. On a less depressed note, I saw Valley Forge yesterday, and to be honest there's a lot of hype about nothing. It's a field. A big, open, pretty field. Where you can play frisbee and get ticks. No, I don't hate the place, I actually like it there. I just find it funny that such a supposedly important historical spot has been reduced to recreational use.
Anyway, I've decided to actually (gasp) work on a book, so that I don't go completely insane here. I don't like the idea of forgetting what it's like to feel things, and it's been that way a little too much over the last month.
